2 year old kid smokes 40 cigarettes a day

I've got a 3 year old son and believe me I go nuts if someone try's to smoke around him.  So image me letting my 3 year old son smoke .  Sounds far fetched doesn't it.  Ok so image my surprise this morning whilst reading my paper to see pictures of young fat 2 year old Ardi Rizal puffing away on a ciggy!!  I thought this has got to be a joke.  Nah it's true, this little brat apparently has been smoking 40 a day since he was 18 months and cries if he isn't given his daily supply.   I'm not very tolerant of addicts.  For example when I see a fat person complaining about losing weight.  I'm like "put the cake down and go for a run or just stop complaining".   But in this case I wanna slap his parents.  Poor kid If he see 25 I'd be surprised.
